Question

Help answer this question below.

DVD player will not turn off, and door will not open or close when power is plugged in. i have tried manually, and with the remote. i tried unplugging the DVD player as well. when plugged back in, same thing. will not shut off, or door won't open.

i have a samsung dvd player that was doin that ..i hit it a couple times on top and it opened.lol but it only opened once in a while.best bet is to buy a new 1 there cheap as hell now.i have a 400 cd/dvd changer now and i have no problems and i love it.
