I don't think there's a possession that I would never part with. Even if something has profound sentimental value to me, I'd still be willing to part with it; it's just an object.

I have a really awesome belt, it's awesome. Gun to my head I'd probably remember some memento that my grandfather gave me or something, but at the moment I'm thinking of this belt. It's that cool of a belt.

When my Grandfather was in 8th grade he made a beautiful floor lamp. It is my most cherished possession in the world. Not just because Grandpa made it but it is an unique piece. My Grandfather was a "GOOD" man, always helping people out. During the depression he would give his time freely to help the farmers in the area even though he held three part time jobs. He felt very blessed to have work and helped those who weren't as fortunate. He was a very important influence in my life; teaching me by example the important virtues in life. He was the kind of person that I would never want to disappoint and wanted him to be proud of me. A GOOD man...

I had a baby boy in 1994 unfortunatly he passed away 12days old.I gave him a little cuddley lamb and duck which i keep besidemy bed since that day he passed,i even kept them in a special container to keep them good as new.If they ever went missing i would be shattered. It's those little things that mean so much.
