  • Nothing offensive,but it is not a good question in the current form,it needs more added to it for people to be able to answer.
  • I'm not sure if it's offensive because I'm not sure what you're trying to ask my friend. Are you asking "Have you ever been diagnosed with cancer?" or "Are you a victim of cancer?" I don't think it's offensive, since there is no value judgement with regards to your question. Something like "Why do people with cancer always seem to complain?" would be offensive, since there's a value judgement there.
  • Not offensive, koldkanuck, just makes me feel bad. I'm not sure if you're telling us your wife is sick or just wanting to know if the question is offensive.
  • I find nothing offensive about the question. I do know that "cancer" is a scary word for some people. And I'm sorry about your wife and wish her good health.
