I accidentely changed all desktop settings to black, now I can't see anything at all,how can I change back?

you can change it back using only your keyboard. on another computer where you can actually see, figure out the correct keystrokes to adjust everything, and then just do the same thing on your desktop. trust me, i have done the same thing before.

Just boot into safe mode.

Right click anywhere on the desktop and select Properties and you will get access to the Display Properties dialog box.

This would be a good time to upgrade to Linux.
