If I had a reason for it, I would. I wouldn't think it was dirty or anything. Perhaps spitting into a glass wouldn't be very pleasant for people watching, or who wanted to use the glass.

Its my own spit, probably mostly beer anyway. I would end up swallowing it anyway, right? Hell yeah!

I don't think I would. Once it's out of my mouth, it's just not the same to me anymore. Yeah, I'll turn my back on my own spit.
