    Be honest and state that age difference is nothing and that age is only numbers and your heart tells you that you two need to be together. Do not push let her ponder if she dont agree right away.

    Don't mention the age difference at all....ask her as you would any girl. If she mentions the age difference say "OH..I hadn't noticed an age problem. I just like you and would like to spend some time getting to know you better"
