yes. but not only that it shows that when people don't know how to prevent pregnancy, their ignorance will inevitably be their downfall. there is no such thing as too little knowledge, and teenagers should be given all that we can provide so that even when they make the wrong choices (which they will) they will still be able to protect themselves.

In terms of science, it's more evidence that supports the existing theory that abstinence fails. Lucky for them, they live where they do or she may have an STD in addition to the mono she supposedly had for 4-5 months during her mom's supposed pregnancy with Trig. ;)
