I'd go to a public bathroom without thinking twice about it, im not gonna get things backed up in my digestive tract just because of some stigma about public restrooms.

It would really depend on the urgency of the impending bowel movement. Sometimes you can try to hold it but other times, as my father said "what you do not have in your hands you cannot hold". I would just find a private, moderately clean public restroom and let nature take it's course. Well, put it this way. I have entered the school bathroom once in my life, and that is because some girls had nicked my newspaper and ran off. When I got in there, they had set fire to it and chucked it in the loo. Some people are just weird

Depending on how bad you have to use it. If you have to use and you can't wait til you get home then you have no choice. I used a public bathroom before because i couldn't hold it til i got home.

I have no poo hang-ups. I'll go anywhere as long as it's decently clean. I'll even poo in multi-stalled bathrooms, which many of my friends won't do. Waiting would just make me uncomfortable.

I would probably hold it, not because I'm thinking,"Oh I'll get sick because germs can just live on a toilet seat for days with no sustenance, and enter my system through the open wounds in my ass," it's because I'm either with people who I don't want to keep waiting, or I'm on a tight schedule.

When you gotta go you gotta go. I don't want to be caught holding it on the highway and not making it home. I'd rather go when I I know I have someplace.

Of course a public toilet - why stink out your own place when everyone expects a public toilet to smell that way? Besides, they have large scale purpose ventilation in there. Hell, it's only a function - everyone does it, what's the problem? If you make really loud straining noises, and are embarrassed, just eat more fruit & fibre & drink more water! Mind you, I'm a plumber, so dealing with 'log-jams' is routine..

I won't unless i absolutely cannot hold it! I know it's bad to hold it, but I really hate to do it! I'm afraid I'll make to much noise or somebody will comment.LMAO It's rediculous really, but I'd rather not use one!

ha ha ha ha hmm well i used to when i was at school coz somebody would always come in...now I think i would rather declog my bowels and live a happier less congested life, which includes releasing my digestive system's waste products...Iall in all I couldn't give a sh*t
