If a perm could keep my hair in place, I might consider it. My curly hair only behaves when I cut it real short, or cover it with concrete or duct tape.

Jim is a retired hairstylist. There was a time when it was stylish and he gave perms to guys..but then the fad went away. There are probably still guys who get perms, but it isn't nearly as popular as it once was! :) ((hugs))

Yes. I got it done many years ago and I could stay with it for only 2 weeks, just because I was on vacation. The moment I got back my family made me go back to normal.

I've had lots of them. I love having my hair done. My girlfriend thinks I look pretty with curly hair and I love the look too. My perm is very curly (pink rods) and to my shoulders (the rods are rolled vertically). She won't get a perm, though.
