Hopefully my friend would have more respect for me than to curse at me. A nice chat would do. I'd be more upset with myself if I were 30 and still lived with my parents. I'm not saying that people who still live at home are bad people, it's just not what I would want for myself.

Its nothing wrong about living with your parents when you are 30. In fact, there are other things in your life which matter for example what type of job you are doing? How much do you earn? Do you have friends? Do you have a girl/boy friend? Are you living a normal & healthy life? When you are leading a happy & normal life. You have a good job, good education, friends & maybe a girl/boy friend. You socialize, enjoy life to the fullest. There is nothing wrong about living with your parents. Its just a choice that you make about your life, not your friends or people on answer bag or anybody else. For me, I'd like to live with my parents after 30 & more :) Parents will be more happy when they are with their family & grand children. It doesn't mean at all that they'll interfere with your or your girl/boy friends life. Its just that they are living with you because they are your parents & they'll be much happier here rather than living alone. They didn't left you alone when you were young so why should you? Other than that, they can also be a source of support for you & you can benefit from their experience of child rearing/ baby rearing & other areas of life.
