Seriously, can someone please tell me why I have seen Obama compared to or even accused of being the "antichrist"? I don't want to argue, I only want to see the comparisons. I see/hear this accusation but never see/hear information to back it up.

You will always hear accusations against political people. 99.99% were rumors that came from nowhere and won't find any documentation. The people that spread these rumors are just haters and they do not mind making someone look bad and swear they have a right to freely speak their minds. Most rumors are made up on the spot and only made to harm someone. So no one is going to give you proof because that proof does not exist. :)

Palin has essentially called Obama Moses, stating that "after he parts the waters and greens the Earth..." in her speech. So does she think he's the antichrist? Probably not. Does she have speech-writers who are asshats? Good possibility.

I wish I could help you, but I have never heard any comparisons either. I really don't think anyone has any. But some of the interpertations of the Book of Revelations describes the antichrist as a politically driven, very charismatic leader. So it is almost (ALMOST) a compliment.

supposedly because he went to the middle East and was talking to them about bringing Peace to all nations and that is supposed to be what the bible says the anti christ will do. I personally agree that it's just a bunch of lies people are using along with he's muslim to justify a reason NOT to vote for him. Similiar stuff has been said about Senator McCain. It's best to take such nonsense and hateful accusations and not only ignore them, but also the other things the accuser says on the topic.

I don't think HE himself is the anti-christ, but he works for the same people the anti-christ does. He, Bush, McCain, Clinton, Biden, Palin, they are ALL puppets of the same corrupt entity which seeks full control and enslavement of all people. There will be more wars, more loss of freedoms, and more attacks on our Constitution. These people have "hi-jacked" our government and our country. The Anti-Christ will deceive MANY people into thinking he (or she) will be a GREAT world leader, and save them from evil, and then once its too late will reveal themselves as being the World leader and Anti-Christ. This will only happen because of the new world order.

Alot of people say he needs to come from europe because of the 4 beasts in daniel and the 5th in revelations. the fith in revelations however is a combination of all the beasts and could represent the us being a combinaiton of many nations. He has the charisma the Anti Christ needs, bye the way I'm not saying he is. He has the following, the power, he has false profets like Pat Robertson, who I'll agree started out a great man of God, but have you seen what he's done lately? The telling signs will be the mark of the beast which Verichip will probably bring on with there med id chip. If you can put med records on a chip under the skin you can put all kinds of other info too. And if your money is recorded on it you definately can't buy or sell without it. People who refuse to go along with his policies will be seen as rebelion and will probably be dealt with through atrocities. Just look and read revelations 13. It isn't specific but it gives some insight. The book of revelations is pretty short so you should probably read the whole thing.

Thank the lord our country has people who are willing to believe anything. What is an "antichrist"? Something found in a piece of writing that is hundreds (if not thousands) fo years old? Or is this an expression made up by someone who is looking for an unique label? To me the term is meaningless. The only book about someone called Jesus Christ wasn't even written until over 150 years after he allegedly lived. And the "validation" of accuracy is that "God guided the hand/inspired the writers". Okay, if you want to believe something, no amount of argument will dissuade you. Maybe I'm the antichrist. Or you are. Has he already come and gone, is he "legion" or has he/she yet to come? Who the hell knows...and more importantly, who really cares?

Consider the source! You'll never hear an Atheist accuse him of being the anti-christ because we don't believe in that stuff. The ones who coined that stupidity were the Fundies and what else who would expect from a bunch of adults who still play with an imaginary friend? Obama has been compared with all kinds of people, from Hitler to Jack the Ripper. The people who make these accusations are mentally-challenged people from the far right, consumed with such hatred it confuses their thoughts.
