You know the real reason why it was so important for women to be virgins? Because women were considered property. And a man who marries a woman and takes her virginity would be able to say that he owns her, fully. But really, virginity until marriage equates to inadequate sex. Better to be experienced enough, to please one another (and yourself).

not at all, I wouldn't necessarily want to be with someone that has had a thousand partners but in my limited experience, virgins are clingy, need a lot of reasurrance, jealous, insecure and immature. I just don't have the personality to deal with a needy woman. I prefer to have all of that baggage out of the way in a relationship.
