OK Triple....lets get down to business... LA is a big ass city. Are you able/willing to live in some of the sub cities like Long Beach, Downey, Redondo Beach Any city with a State University is ideal, as a lot of people rent houses and rooms cheap, because the demand is there from seasonal students. Rooms go for around $500, with bachelor apartments starting around $825 and quickly rising from there. Most offer a move in special as I am sure you know. Cheaper away from beach cities.
