Is it really being wastefull if you don't eat the actual pizza crust thats leftover?

No. I usually eat 1 and 3/4 of pizza. Unless it's stuffed crust, the second crust is in the trash when I'm done. [Edit] Unless the many men...dad, bro or b/f...ends up eating it before I throw the crust away

We have dogs... There's NEVER any waste! Save 'em. And get some garlic, or your other favorite sauce, microwave the crust, and have them as bread sticks for a snack. ;-) It would be wasteful if you consider them as bread. If you consider it as only something to hold the toppings on, or something to HOLD while you eat the rest, then MAYBE not.

I crush it up and feed it to the birds no waste and I am feeding another living creature.

I eat some of it, but most of it goes to the dog after she's been sitting watching me eat the goog part. Not much food goes to waste in my house. I have a living breathing garbage disposal.
