  • Call the Support Enforcement agency in your area. They might have the info. It doesn't matter what's going on in his life. He has a kid to pay for & the courts will laugh at him. Your child shouldn't do w/o because he is trying to get his sh*t straight. There are still things that need to be paid for in order to support the kid & they go by both of your incomes. If he makes more than you, there's a chance that they will still make him pay the $350.
  • not true if he has good cause and proof they can or will lower it but thats only if he has good proof why he can't afford to pay that amount but till that court date he still has to pay what the court order him to pay.
