  • You will be able to enter the country. However, you will probably enter jail rather quickly thereafter. I am almost positive that immigration does a warrant check when they scan your passport upon arrival.
  • I imagine you will be able to return and I imagine you will be required to pay for what you did. Did you not go to court? Were you out on bail? If so, you probably have more warrants for failure to appear and bond jumping. Regardless, I have no sympathy for you and your careless disregard for the lives of others and violence toward your partner/spouse. I do, however, have sympathy for the people who are unfortunate enough to be anywhere near you now.
  • Each person entering the United States, citizen or not, is run through NCIC. Will you be caught? yes. Will you be arrested? it depends on extradition from point of entry to your home town and state. If your DUI's are felonies in your state, chances are pretty good that you will be arrested and sent home.
  • Do the right thing and face the music. The stress of looking over your shoulder forever will burn you out.
