  • Virtually all of it will leak back out. It doesn't really enter the cervix much, the sperm do the swimming. They originally tried injecting the sperm into the cervix when they first tried artificial insemination and it caused severe cramping and doesn't improve the fertility rate, so now they just place it on the cervix.
  • Most of it will seep out (gravity at work). If you are trying to get pregnant, I would remind you that it only takes one swimmer to get you there. SOME of it may take up to a few days to come out, as well, so be safe, and have him use a condom, unless you want to be pregnant.
