You may have a partially closed valve that is restricting water flow to the sink.

Check the aerator on the kitchen faucet. It could easily be clogged with crud from the lines if it hasn't been checked or cleaned in awhile. I would only expect to find crimped water lines on flexible hoses, such as those to a dishwasher, for example.

You may not have a water pressure problem. I recently installed a new laundry room faucet and had low flow. I discovered the faucet came with a restrictor installed to limit the water flow, to save water. Such restrictors are generally removeable; I removed the one in my new faucet and now it flows fine. I also did a similar operation on a shower head.
