G'day Norman-O, Thank you for your question. I would answer the question as well as you can and let the ratings take care of themselves. You can learn from the ratings to some questions but sometimes there are swings and roundabouts. Some answers that I thought were good don't do as well as others that I haven't thought as much of. Regards

You increase your rankings by 1/ answering questions to the satisfaction of other ABer's basically. If they like your answer they will rate it helpful. 2/ asking questions that other ABer's like basically. Should you care about it, nope, your ranking will go up in time.
