He's a dick and nothing that comes out of his mouth disproves that.
I'd like to see that guy buried up to his neck in hot sand, covered in honey, and then beset by 100,000 fire ants. He is a fat, smarmy, self-serving turd, and even this fate is too good for him.
What does God have to do with meteorological events that depend on weather patterns? I think Michael Moore is loosing it.
I put it on par with the Preacher who was praying for it to rain in Denver on Thursday night. In fact, had preacher man kept quiet, I doubt Michael would have said word one....
Depends on the context in which it was said.
Personally I suspect God doesn't like the Gulf Coast - and if New Orleans gets even half the damage it did when Katrina ripped through I would take it as a sign that God doesn't want a city there any more.
If not God or a god then Mom Nature is telling us something and we stupid monkeys really need to start paying attention when mom speaks, quit building in flood plains, on faults, on the side of volcanoes, on cliff sides, in yearly wild fire areas.
If you do any real reading about New Orleans and the the surrounding area you will discover its sinking a tad faster than before, and that the outlying barrier islands are all but gone. It is fool hearty for us to think we can keep a city in that spot and not get a lot of bad stuff happening to it.
I love New Orleans, its a wonderful town - but its one of the first causalities in the new era of climate change and the sooner we wake up to that, and react by moving the city someplace else safer, the better things will be for at least the people of New Orleans.
I didn't know he said that but if he did it seems pretty damned inapproprite.
Bad comment from a man I otherwise respect.
Religious wackos have said similar things:
Fred Phelps;
Pat and Jerry's lifting of veils.
Michael Moore is a fat, lying, a$$hole who has been bilking liberals out of millions by telling them what they want to hear wether it is true or not so he can keep his tab at Burger King payed off.
Anyone who takes this guy seriously should have his head examined.
Soliciting publicity?
;-)

You're reading What do you think about Michael Moore saying about the hurricane: "Gustav is proof that there is a God in Heaven."

Some of the poor may disagree with that.
