I believe that it is just a number. If you care for the person, why does age,race, or anything else matter? I dated a 32 yr old when i was 21. A lot of ppl look down on it, but good for them! They aren't living your life.

Well what it usually comes down to generally, are the different interests at different ages. A 70 year old man most likely doesn't have a lot in common with a 21 year old woman for example, but that's not always the case of course.
