I think it's a disaster waiting to happen. I only know of one or two internet romances that worked out...and if they think they are going to live together happily after having NEVER MET, they're going to be disapointed.

Long distance relationship (first bad sign), never met except on the internet (second bad sign), going to move in right away (third bad sign), both going off to college (still not looking good). But, stranger things have happened!

I suggest to try not to stay in long distance for more than a year, the relationship wouldn't stand it(usually). People need contact.

It will be a valuable life experience. Note "valuable" does not have any bearing whatsoever on how pleasant or comfortable the experience may be.

im going to be straight up with you. a long distance relationship are hard and doesn't last long. I have never tried it because im more of a contact person with my male. whether ot not he/she are completly devoted to one another, they have to carefully weigh the options because just talking on the phone and never meeting a person is completely different than actually feeling and seeing them. what if they don't click when they meet each other? what if he doesn't like the way she dresses or she doesn't like his style of music. they have to really think about what they are doing.
