My toenail got caught and pulled back. Its just one end of my nail but it is sore and it looks like it is seperated from the rest of my toenail. It seems quite trivial but i am wondering what i should do about it. Will it be ok just to leave it?

Just to leave it alone, will probably be okay. This depends, of course, on the extent of damage. If your toenail begins to turn blue, you probably will lose it, so expect this. If you are healthy, the toenail will replace itself. Be watchful for infection. use Neosporin and wear clean socks.

Seems you have a bit bad luck with those toes! Cut it of with a small pair of cuticle scissors and file it down. Put some antiseptic on it too.
