  • no shutdown
    on the active x page, if right clicking the top popup bar doesnt give options to install it you might have to manually enable and allow these settings. this is done by editing your internet options. goto tools> internet options> then edit the security tab settings. Sometimes you will have to also edit the privacy tab settings (like manually adding and allowing certain sites to display correctly). keep track of the changes you make.
