  • Who is leaving??!? I just got here. I am sure there will be plenty of people who continue to come here and contribute quality posts.
  • Who is leaving? I am new here. What am I going to miss?
  • Out with the old and in with the new. Some people, I think just get bored and move on. Over? -------never!
  • Since I've been on here, there have only been a couple of people the contribute regularly. I got tired of it for a while and moved on to other things, then I'd get an email about one of my posts and come back. I think people just cycle in and out, like any other site. From what I've noticed since I started, it's actually gotten a lot more active, along with a better layout.
  • The hay day may have sort of slumped a bit with the loss of our beloved friend satine, but hopefully we'll pick up again! I am finding it physically impossible to move on, so you are stuck with me I am afraid!
  • How could you leave AB? I tried but it is impossible.
  • Other than Satine which we all miss who else is leaving? Do you know something we don't know?
  • Not really. I just got here <S>.
  • Perhaps RFLAGG just misses some of his old AB buddies or is nostalgic for the good old days. But, as with each generation of mankind, we build upon the past, strengthening the present, and laying the foundation for the future. We take our part and play as we can in the time that is alloted to us.
  • This question is nearly a year and a half old. Do you think it was true then, what about now? I say things change, and I change with them.
  • Given that you asked this question in Nov, 2006, and AB has probably quadrupled its active membership since you asked, no. I think AB is doing fine.
  • Thats what I am thinking....
  • I haven`t been here long.
  • Guess ...everyone needs a break ... They are all taking a break .... They'll all return eventually :-) !
  • .. and yet another is sure to come. Life is about cycles. This is the way of things.
  • There will always be turnover, circumstances change, they may get bored, but there are new people starting out every day so I don't see the end of AB looming.
  • It's obvious from the date of this question (2006) that AB goes through stages in terms of membership. People leave, people take breaks and come back, and some just ride off into the sunset never to be heard from again. I do not think that has anything to do with AB being past its prime though. It just changes, that's all.
