what else do u hav eto go on besides the kids play outside alot? perhaps they are running a brothel, which is much better than a crack house. the cars....well what kinda ppl are they? are they low class car having trash?if there isnt alot of different ppl coming in through out the day i wouldnt worry.

I believe the biggest interest here are the children. When there are children involved whether they are dealing or not, and children are being neglected by being outside by themselves etc. You can call CPS or DSS and stay anonymous. Then the state can go in and take over from there. Good Luck

if you don't know for sure don't go there. my kids play outside alot by themselves i have a fenced in year and can do my house work without right there. also alot of cars mean nothing. watch for ppl coming and going either really quick or staying a really long time. watch if ppl are coming over really early or really late and watch to see if the same person is making lots of stop throughout the day.

Leave it alone unless the children seem to be neglected when it comes to food and shelter. If you put your nose in too deep it could get cut off.

You have a legitimate concern. There are some key things to watch for to help determine if your neighbors may be drug dealers. The fact that alot of cars are at the house is not enough evidence. Watch to see if multiple vehicles arrive and leave within a few minutes and if there is a large number of vehicles doing the same thing you may have a problem there. Now,... what you can do is contact your local Narcotic Drug Task Force officers and provide them with as much information on the activity and vehicels as posible including tag numbers, vehicle makes, models, colors, description of person entering and leaving the property in question. The DTF will set up on the house and watch and eventually send in an undercover officer to make a buy. If that is successful they officers will swear out a search warrent for residence and a SWAT team will force entry of the residence and make arrests and seize the drugs, The most important issue is the Children, are they not properly supervised? if not, that may be a situation for your local Division of children and family worker to be made aware of. The children do not need to be subject to the possible narcotic activity.

Sounds to me like they're just folk that have friends. I think your main concern ought to be is what THEY think about a neighbor that's constantly looking at their kids. It goes both ways ya know, making assumptions on small matters.

Easy way to find out. Drop by, tell them you want to buy a lid of Pot. And you were wondering if they knew where to get some. Just say you need it for your glaucoma, pain or your cancer. So you don't have any supply contacts. If he sells to you, you have your answer.
