Psychotic Genius Villain!

Just for clarification, it's for a short story I'm doing to aleviate the boredom, and the villain is a guy with the air of a colledge proffessor, who kidnapps and tortures people, then takes pistures and shows them to one person, gives his name and everything, but threatens them if they tell anyone, just to prove the point that people realy don't care about others, that everyone is just in it for themselves. Right now his name is Orsen Shriber, but I don't like that one anymore.
