I had a Facebook account but for some reason my email is no longer working at all, therefore, I can no longer even log into my Facebook. How can I fix this by keeping my old account and without making a whole new Facebook account?

Was your account "shut off" by facebook due to your emails not being delivered? A simple email from your new account to the admins at facebook should tell you if that's what happened. If it is what happened, they can probably fix it by assigning your new email to the account, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Your fastest solution is probably going to be to just create a new account. The old one, if your emails are bouncing (not being received because the account is inactive - your email server sends a "bounce" or reject message back to facebook), will likely be automatically deleted by facebook the next time they do an account clean-up operation.
