    You have to have connected to the internet on your phone and and e-mail it to your computers e-mail the simpler way is if you have a blackberry but I don't know how that works

    Depends on what service provider you have. You may be able to go to their website and find a link that says "send texts to a phone" i.e. http://www.telusmobility.com/sendamessage/sendamessage.shtml or http://www.rogers.com/web/content/wireless-text/email_text?content10=email_text

    my provider is verizon and i can go to their web site and send texts from there...
