  • Canadian. It would be the only one in the world.
  • I'd serve the only food i really know how to make, traditional southern Soul Food, mostly vegetarian :] My specialty are the cornbread and collard greens, yum!
  • It would have to be a vegetarian restaurant. I'd be famous around town for my healthy, but deceptively creamy sauces. I'd just like a huge menu so that vegetarians get choice. I hardly ever eat out because everyone else gets the entire menu to peruse, I get a choice of mushroom risotto or vegetable lasagne....be more creative!!!
  • BBQ: Eric's big meat!
  • Cajun/Creole: Shrimp Etouffee
  • Home cooked meals. There is nothing like a good old home cooked meal and there are very few restaurants that do that anymore.. I would serve things like chicken and dumplings, meatloaf, roast beef. NOt sure what my speciality would be. I would not serve stuff like burgers (except for kids menus) or steaks..too many other restaurants that do that.. I would do traditional cooking like grandma used to do. desserts would be something like: chocolate cake, brownies, cookies (kids), peach cobbler, cheesecake (everyday is cheesecake day). I sure am hungry all of a sudden. BRB
  • Definitely soul food. I'm talkin 'bout the greasy, hot sauce, pork and corn bread kinda soul food. Damn it...I'm hungry!
  • It would be whatever I was in the mood to cook on any particular day, m'dear. So I don't think any restaurant of mine would be successful. I would use healthy ingredients, but "healthy" is subjective..my "healthy" includes butter and cream and cheese. Lots of veggies..lean meats, cooked slowly, for maximum flavor and tenderness. I could never cook something I wasn't personally hungry for..so that would be very limiting! :)
