Depends. What's your table made out of and how thick's the white out spill? White out is essentially paint. Start by using your fingernail or a plastic scraper to chip off the paint. Depending on the table material, be careful not to scratch it. If the table is glass you can use a baby diaper wipe or glass cleaner to remove the remains. Rubbing gently in a circular motion with a diaper wipe or Mr. Clean magic eraser will usually work on stained or varnished wood, but try them on the underside of a table leg first to make sure they won't remove the finish (which is highly likely with the Mr. Clean ME).
