I have to hydrate. we all have to hydrate. I dont drink my water with the boss. I drink alone.

I work in hospitality management and am lucky enough to be able to use my descretion when it comes to this. If am important client offers me a drink or i want to be generous with a regular, then sure. A privilage I don't abuse.

During work, no. After work, yes. But the last time I went out with him, he asked to "borrow" 60 dollars because he had to go to the airport to do something. I gave it to him, and he has never paid me back. I have never drank with him since!

Well, I am the boss but I hire help occasionally and I will have an occasional beer or two at lunch with an employee and we sometimes sit around and have a couple after work as well. I have on REALLY hot days let my guys drink a couple of beers in the late afternoon before we are done working but that is usually after 3:00 when we only have an hour or two's worth of work left and it is not a common occurance.

My job is in the kitchen, last drink I had was Guinness or malibu rum in diet pepsi. Boss only drinks water and diet rite.

I'm having a beer now with my boss. There is some work I could be doing, but it's getting late. I actually went to dinner tonight at my g/f's house and had dinner and wine with him as well. We go golfing a lot together and actually sleep together.......I'm self employed:)

My boss and I are both young so we drink now and then but not at work. However we can drink plenty of coffee.
