  • I thought this was illegal almost everywhere, as it amounts to wire-tapping if you don't inform the caller that you're recording the call.
  • You can record anytime any where, it's against the law only if you use it.
  • It's my understanding that ONE person in the phone conversation must know that it is being recorded. So, if you are talking to someone, and you record it, you are doing it legally. If you were to record a phone call that you were not involved in,(not talking, not part of) then it would not be legal.
