Eyes, and the smile comes in a close second! People say that your eyes are a window to your soul, so if you like what you see then cant be too bad. And the smile because quite often you meet people who know how to put on a good show, but not a good(fake) smile. If the smile is fake then there's a chance that they are too, and I wouldn't take my chances on that!

I look at their eyes and smile first, then I pay attention to their personality and the way they treat a woman. Like with my fiance he had a sexy smile and bright blue eyes, then I started to notice he acted a lot like me so it just made me fall in love at first site.

Hands. I once fell in love on a train, with someone who's face I couldn't even see. He had beautiful hands though, big and strong and clean. I did see his face eventually, and he was really nice looking(I knew he would be), but I still can picture his hands.

To be quite honest with you, I first notice his reaction to me. That tells me possibly exactly what he is thinking and possibly what he wants. ` However, I don't plan anything by that. I like to get to know people, male or female, not anything else. If later we get into a "moment," and I notice this person has a mole on their upper lip, then so be it. But I hardly think that matters on a first meet. Heck...it doesn't matter on any other meet either.
