Get some light exercise...either ride a bike or go for a walk. If this does not work see a doctor.

Try a doctor to make sure there is no reason for this before trying anything else, my very good friend was the same way and turned out to be diabetic.

I would suggest a physical to include thyroid panels. An underactive thyroid can make a person feel tired all the time despite healthy eating, vitamins, and normal sleep.

I recommend a visit to the doctor. It may be the sign of something serious, or it may be nothing at all. Also, include some exercise - it's very energizing. Lastly, consider that too much sleep can also lead to lethargy - try to limit sleep to 8 hours, 10 or more can just make you feel tired and yucky.

... start with a trip to a doctor ... get some routine blood tests to check for any sort of obvious imbalance ... then try the deep martial health science branches of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Nei Kung, Chi Nei Tsang, Karsai Nei Tsang, & Taoist Esoteric Yoga ... these will give you a whole new understanding of energy and will teach you how to be always energized. http://www.healing-tao.com/tao-garden/universal/en/books/ .
