Possibly. Does she pay for the insurance on the car you normally drive? One possibility is that the insurance company will either raise her rate or offer her a "waiver" to sign. The waiver basically says that you are excluded from coverage when driving her car. That would probably preserve her rate on her car -- but if she's also paying insurance on a car you drive, that rate may go up. The place to ask this question is her insurance agent: every policy is a bit different.
