The horn on my car doesn't work. How can I fix that?? I have a 98 Chevy Cavalier.

Check the fuse first. Then if he fuse is good take a 12 volt tester and connect to one wire on the horn and have someone push down on the horn button and while connecting to other wire and see if you get a hot connection. If you are hot then steering wheel connection is the next area. There are many ways to pull the cover from the horn conditions on the wheel so take it from there. Mr Bill
