Before you answer a question about religion, do you investigate whether the questioner is sincerely seeking an answer? If you think they aren't sincere, do you answer the question?

I do that on anything. If I think the questioner is asking to start a "riot" I won't answer it. I often answer questions and find myself in the middle of a "argument" and I will then opt out of the discussion. I will NOT argue on line about anything. My mind won't change and neither will theirs and my life is stressful enough without arguing with total strangers online..whether it be about religion, politics, child discipline, etc..

For the most part, I just check and make sure which religous catagory it has been placed in, as that can sometimes alter my answer a little bit. When I am on the right kick, though, I'll answer just about any religion question that I feel I am knowledgable in.
