If god created Eve out of Adams Rib, did he hurt adam when he did it. and what did god create with the other ribs.

Nope it didn't hurt. Genesis 2:21 says God put him in a deep sleep. As for the second part of your question the scriptures do not say God created anything else from the rib but Eve herself.

God created Eve in Adams sleep so that we could learn that GOD chooses the perfect wife for man, men should trust in God and carry out his ministry while resting (sleeping) in such a big decision which God needs to be in total control. This means no Anxiety, no lack of self control, no being lead by emotions. If we truely rest in God we do not need to worry, just as Adam rested (slept). God made the decision that he needed a wife, not Adam.
