  • Oh Yes- But I never stay in bed. I immediately get up and try to function just to punish myself !
  • ive never had a hangover...and believe me, i gotten quite drunk a few times! im just a lucky one. however, i do tend to lose all memory of events if i get too drunk so thats the main reason i dont drink too much, i like to remember what awful things i did!
  • My last one was pretty tame. I was just a little dizzy and had a mild headache for a couple of days. I do however, remember my worst one ever. No words can describe how horrible I felt. To top it off, the instant I would try to consume any food or drink, I immediately began throwing up. Ewww... not smart.
  • i'm 27 now and very prone to hangovers. i have to be really carefull. the typical signatures of my personal hangover may differ from yours. my hangover is worst hours after i wake and puke very easily. worst cases are when i can't even keep water down. for me a big factor is dehydration. sometimes i can get away with mixing if i eat well and drink plenty of water. sometimes i get absolutely rinsed even without mixing because of dehydration. so make sure you're in shape and not thirsy before you start. if you can stay up for a while, drink water and eat before sleep this will help. my technique now is before drinking do a quick check of how i;m feeling to make sure platform is ok. have only one beer and then move to hard stuff, fitting in a water wherever possible. drinkng a few beers on what's a big night is asking for trouble as far as i'm concerned because i know i'll be tempted to switch once i've tanked up on ale. if i wake up destroyed i just try to puke it out and keep hydrated. weak black tea will help settle the stomach so you can keep fluid down and eventually get to food.
  • I don't get hangovers anymore.Mostly because I know when to stop. When you are sitting on the toilet and you need to hang on to both walls, trouble! At bed time I will take a piece of bread and eat the inside only.Followed by a glass of water and tylenol.I try my best to stay awake till I feel less drunk. But I do like the deep drunk sleep too!
  • I don't drink often, but I have never had to worry about hangovers. The next morning after getting drunk is no different for me than any other one.
  • My last one, real last hangover was pretty bad, but I had to go to work so I didn't get to sleep in. :( I do have a cure though, but it only works in the Winter, and it has to be pretty cold. NOBODY wants to have to do it, but if you manage, it does work to relieve the headaches and that entire inner stagnation feeling inside. Just go outside in the freezing cold, and take a walk, but make sure you walk fast, fast enough so that you get hot from walking, and you'll sweat a lot of it out. WARNING-MAY INDUCE SERIOUS BATHROOM TIME lol. I tried it in the Summer, because at first I didn't realize that cold weather was the needed component, but just, don't do it when it's hot out, ha ha.
  • If I remembered it, it wouldn't be a real hangover.
  • My special cure is called prevention. I don't drink. I don't mind other people drinking, so long as they use moderation. But if you get a hangover, you aren't using moderation. It didn't take me long to figure out that I was having as much fun at parties as the people who were getting drunk, but I didn't call Ralph on the white phone all night.
  • lmao I had one before it was awful!!!!!!!!!! lol I remember not going home, because I couldnt remember my address, however I remembered my parents address lol, So my girlfriends gave me a ride there...I still have the keys to my parents house on my key chain, as soon as I walk in I crash on the kitchen floor. My mom thought it was someone trying to rob her house she immediatley went to see what the comotion was about. As soon as she saw me, she busted out with laughter, because she never saw any of her kids in that condition. But one of the remedies she tried on me next morning was she took a piece of lemon and rubbed it all over my face, exclusive the eye area, and also on my ears. 30 minutes later I felt much better...NEVER AGAIN!
  • There has only been one and it has been nearly 30 years. The cure, besides rest has been fool-proof - a strong determination to never let it happen again. Aspirin might help too.
  • omg!!! you thinking is impaired while intoxicated.....
  • I don't get hangovers but i'm sure i could cure yours if you happened to have one after drinking too much Pinot Gris in Love Town .. lol :)
