  • Here's a few pics. Obviously it's a peg or spike of some sort and is apparently cast iron. I used this month's National Geographic as a background for scale.
  • Neat. Don't report it or the Natives might end up owning your property. A lot of that going on in my side of the country. Sorry I can't help though.
  • It's a do-hicky, a thingy. Actually, it looks lke it could be something really interesting, you should take it to some sort of expert and have it checked out. Maybe we'll see you on the Antique's Roadshow! :)
  • Looks like teeth to a tractor attachment used to break up the ground before planting.
  • I would say it was some kind of farm implement or tool used in building or ground clearance before your house was put there - not terribly old though.
