Most likely not jail time but expect him to loose his job!!!!!. A drug charge isn't what it used to be. That and a DUI can totally ruin you live now adays.

It really depends on the amount he was caught with and what class of drug and also if he has been in trouble before.

It depends on what he was caugt with and how much of it there was. Also it depends on whether he has a record already. If you give more info we could probably help you a bit more...but in the end it's up to a judge!
