You couldn't microwave popcorn with a wireless keyboard because the power level (intensity) of the radio frequency is way too low and isn't focused. For example, a microwave oven typically produces (not consumes) 800W of focused microwave energy, whereas the wireless keyboard might only give off 20mW, or only 1/40000th the power.

We don't know your variables but the formula is: total watts to pop a bag/average keyboard power also known as (microwave power*duration to pop a bag of popcorn)/(keyboard battery watt hours/length of time between switching batteries)

About as long as it takes to melt an entire car with a cigarette lighter. Just as a lighter lacks the oomph to melt an engine block, keyboards don't put out enough power to heat a popcorn kernel faster than it naturally cools down.
