  • If candidates were tied in every other way and one had a more preferable spouse, I'd vote for that candidate. In reality, though, there are always more important issues.
  • Only if in my mind it were a dead tie between politicians. If that were the case, i'd let the spouse swing me one way or another.
  • To an extent, yes, but not to a great degree. Michelle Obama is a bit of a fire cracker and Cyndi Mccain is loaded. So what? :)
  • Somehow, yes. What kind of relationship do they have? I mean, if they can't even have a good relationship with their own spouse, how would they have a good relationship with the citizens, most of whom the politician doesn't even know? Just my opinion.

  • Yes! Most politicians have been leading up to this moment most of their adult life. So the choice they make reveals how serious they are. I mean could you see Cher as the first lady?
