Good luck with that. There is a lot of it going around lately. I think it is very hard to rate a QUESTION down. Afterall, this is a site for questions. Here's the thing: any time you have a large number of people gather, say at a football game or the theater, bell curve statistics come into play. Most of the folks will be your average folks who go to work and pay taxes and live "normal" lives. There might be a celebrity of some sort floating undercover. There might be a few criminals, ex-cons, or psychopaths. There'll be few drug addicts and some alcoholics. There might be a few saint-like do-gooders. And there will for SURE be a buncha assholes that asshole around for no good reason. That's the culprit in this situation. There's no controlling it.
