Great question! If you're logged in as Administrator or a user with Administrative rights, you can fix this! Click Start, Run and type: regedit Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesSystem If there is a DWoRD Value such "NoDispBackgroundPage" with a data value of 1 this will disable the screen saver tab. Change the value to 0 or delete it to see the tab again. You may have to reboot!
