What individual tv show episode or season / series finale is most memorable for you? (One of mine is the series finale of M*A*S*H)

Star Trek: Voyager - "Endgame" It was the only Trek finale that brought the story to a nice close. The others left me cold.

MASH was the best. (One of the most memorable from the regular series, early on, was when Henry died... I can see see Radar's face when he told everyone, Lt Col Henry Blake's plane was shot down over the sea of Japan... There were NO survivors... Then everyone ELSE'S faces - well eyes, because they were all in surgical masks.) I remember The Fugitive - One of the first to actually END a series - They GOT the one-armed man. The Mary Tyler Moore Show (The whole group in a hug walking/shuffling out of the news room.)

The finale of "Quantum Leap" was a pretty emotional one for me. I definitely remember crying at the fact that Dr. Beckett never returned.
