  • Having dealt with the same thing, I just had to jump in and do it. Mine had gotten to the point where I wouldnt go to lunch or walk down the starcase (would wait at the top until everyone left) because of my anxiety. If you start small and just do it, you can compare the next time and think to yourself "Well much time was much worse, this is nothing!". Try talking to your friends, explain to them how you feel (they should understand). Hang out with a few of them at a time, sourround yurself with people you feel comfortable with and take them to s,mmall social outtints and work up to big ones. If you have a supportive friends I'm sure one wouldn tmind holding your hand (or giving you suport) during a certain situation. Also, try talking to your counselor (at your highschool) or talking to your parents about getting you a pych who can perscribe you pills for it.
