  • Are you talking about just going on a trip, or moving? A trip should be no problem since you have custody. If there is nothing in the custody order about needing permission to move or visit out of state you should be okay, but I would contact someone at family court to be sure. Different states may have different laws on this.
  • I want to leave state and have joint custody with visitations set as suppervised. The other parent also is not paying ordered child support and has never. Please help!
