It's often very hard to know how you did in an interview. Some interviewers show a lot of enthusiasm for all candidates regardless of their level of interest and others remain reserved even if they are very interested. The only thing you can do now is to follow up strongly. You have one last chance to leave them with the impression that you want them to have about your potential contribution. Write an email (because letters will take too long to get there and they may have made up their mind already) expressing your interest in the position and reiterating the contribution that you believe you can make to the company based on XYZ. Tell them that you are very confident that you will be a strong asset to the team and ask them if they have any addition questions or concerns about your candidacy and that you would love to discuss whatever is on their mind.
